Is this the right app for you? If you joined Boost before 2 February 2021 and have not been updated to our latest Boost Mobile Prepaid Plan, please continue to use the old Boost Mobile app to manage your service.

The new look ‘My Boost Mobile’ app is for customers that have been upgraded to our latest Boost Mobile Prepaid Plan and has all the features you know and love, plus some handy new ones. You can manage your account 24/7 from recharge to call history to help, everything you need to know about your account is right here.

Login with your Boost ID to access even more features including auto recharge where you can set, forget and let us do it for you. You can also manage multiple services, get a balance breakdown and save your credit card details.

Here are some of the new features in the new My Boost Mobile App:

- New dashboard where you can view and manage your services

- Quick and easy service summary displaying all of your balances

- Buy Extras including adding extra data to your plan

- The option to save and manage your payment methods

- Usage history including data, calls and messages

- Recharge history and downloading receipts and tax invoices
