From early July, Voi will be the sole provider of rental e-scooter and e-bikes in Southampton, Portsmouth and on the Isle of Wight in replacement of Beryl.

Why can't I end my ride?

Check if you are in an allowed parking area. They are blue "P"s in the app map. Avoid red and grey areas. Then make sure you are next to your vehicle. You can also restart the app and try ending the ride again.
