Optus launches the 7-day Optus Network Trial available to customers who do not have an Optus Mobile service. New users can sign up in the app using eSIM and try the Optus mobile network now.

How will my automatic payments be managed?
Users' automatic payments will be managed according to your selected paying method including credit, debit or charge card. The fee will be deducted at the start of your monthly payment cycle. No extra charges will be made with set monthly payments. If you have other services not on an Automatic Payment plan, you'll have separate payments due each month.
Can I keep my phone number, Internet username and plan after moving?
Yes. Unless you request otherwise, we'll maintain your existing phone number, usernames and plans at your new address. We'll notify you if you require any adjustments.
